1) Who do I call if I have problems or questions with ordering?

2) How do I check the status of my order?

  • If you are logged in, you may click on Orders at the bottom of the page under My Account for order details and shipping information.
  • Call customer service at 717-396-7100 or 1-800-666-5556 with any questions
  • E-mail esohn@apexadv.com with questions.

 3) How do I make a return or an exchange?

  • Click on the Merchandise Returns link in the lower left hand corner of the site for details.

 4) How long does my order take to ship? 

  • Orders are shipped when ALL items are in stock. If all items are in stock, your order will ship within 5 business days. If some items are back ordered, please allow up to three weeks for your order to be shipped.

  5) How will the order arrive to me?

  • All orders are shipped via US Postal Service. Typical delivery is 2-3 business days after the order ships from our warehouse.
